Jyoti, a YouTuber, embarked on a life-changing weight loss journey after the pandemic and motherhood left her feeling unhealthy and lethargic. Gaining weight during her pregnancy in 2020 caused her physical discomfort, shortness of breath, and a decline in her skin and hair health.
